Welcome to your home away from home! Please help us maintain a safe and pleasant space by respecting these simple rules:
✅ No smoking inside the apartment.
Please smoke outside to protect the health and comfort of all guests, including your loved ones.
✅ No parties or loud music after 10:00 PM.
We ask for quiet hours to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
✅ Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Visitors are welcome during the day but cannot stay overnight without prior approval.
✅ Leave the kitchen clean before check-out.
Please wash dishes and dispose of food waste properly.
✅ Respect shared spaces in the building.
Keep noise levels low in hallways and stairwells.
🐾 We love animals, but we are unable to host pets for hygiene and allergy reasons.
🔐 Always lock doors and windows when you leave.
Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.
🎒 Take care of your personal belongings.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
🧼 A cleaning fee is included, but extra charges may apply for excessive mess or damage.

Benvenuti nella vostra casa lontano da casa! Aiutateci a mantenere un ambiente sicuro e piacevole seguendo queste semplici regole:
✅ Vietato fumare all’interno dell’appartamento.
Fumate solo all’esterno, per la salute e il benessere di tutti, inclusi i vostri cari.
✅ No feste o musica ad alto volume dopo le 22:00.
Le ore notturne sono importanti per garantire un soggiorno tranquillo per tutti.
✅ Solo gli ospiti registrati possono pernottare.
Gli amici sono i benvenuti di giorno, ma non possono pernottare senza previa autorizzazione.
✅ Lasciate la cucina pulita prima del check-out.
Lavate i piatti e smaltite correttamente gli avanzi di cibo.
✅ Rispettate gli spazi comuni dell’edificio.
Parlate a bassa voce nei corridoi e nelle scale.
🐾 Amiamo gli animali, ma non possiamo ospitarli per motivi igienici e allergici.
🔐 Chiudete sempre a chiave porte e finestre quando uscite.
Spegnete luci, aria condizionata e elettrodomestici non utilizzati.
